📷 capture tips for best results
Position the iPhone 15–20 cm above the patch with the sheet on a flat surface. Tap-and-hold on a neutral grey patch to lock AE/WB before shooting. Use a consistent D50 LED or daylight illuminant — avoid sodium lamps, LED strips, or window light that shifts colour temperature. Disable filters and HDR. Hold the phone parallel to the substrate. For each comparison session, capture the reference strip in the same frame as the print patch for best calibration.
